Guesthouses (or B&B's) are family run accommodations, where the family has it's own private living quarters within the house. The bedrooms have private bathrooms (shower or bath), TV, telephone and tea/coffee facilities. There is a guest breakfast room and lounge. Guesthouses generally do not serve evening dinner nor do they have a bar, but are usually within walking distance of same.

The following are just a selection of the Guesthouses that feature on out itineraries: Friars Glen is located ½ mile from Muckross village, within Killarney National park in a very picturesque and tranquil setting. The guestrooms are of an excellent standard. It is 5 miles from Killarney town center. Teach de Broc is 100 yards from Ballybunion Golf Club and ½ mile to the town center. The rooms are excellent and any clients I have had stay here compliment it very highly. It is a 15 minute walk from the town center. Greenbrier Inn overlooks Lahinch Golf Course and again the rooms are of an excellent standard. It is a 5 minute walk to the town center.
