The present Tralee Golf Club was the first course designed
by Arnold Palmer in Ireland or Europe and many would say his
finest. So enthused was Arnold Palmer by the location, long
before made famous by the filming of Ryan's Daughter on the
local beach that he said, "I have never come across a piece
of land so ideally suited for the building of a golf course.
I am happy we have one of the world's great links here". Tralee
Golf Club boasts a view of the Atlantic from every hole in
this stunning setting.
